What is Pilates?

Pilates is a form of resistance control exercise that works with the body's organic form of biomechanics and support. Pilates trains the musculature of the entire body;  your entire musculature is evenly conditioned, from top to bottom, inside and out, so as to avoid injuries as well as meet conditioning and lifestyle goals. The end result is a long lean, deeply strong graceful and aware body.
